Overview
This week you have been introduced to human rights and to whom they relate. You also have explored the historical development of human rights and social movements. You have viewed a variety of videos of human rights movements and read about historical human rights champions including Thomas Paine and Mary Wollstonecraft. You will apply this knowledge to write a reflection on the development and meaning of human rights.Length400 words worth 25% due end of Session

Assessment 1 is a reflection on the development and meaning of human rights. You will need to identify human rights and briefly explain how they came about and describe what they mean to you. You will use the materials that we have covered in week one. You will have to provide 2-3 references. Your reflection has to be properly written, proofread and submitted in drop box on due date.
