The purpose of this writing assignment is to explore the effects of group conflict management styles on the effectiveness of group decision making or the group decision-making process.

Address the following in your response to this assignment:
Define and discuss conflict management styles – focusing on managing conflicts within a group situation.
Define and discuss decision-making. Do not elaborate on the higher-level topic of problem-solving (decision-making is a process within problem-solving).
Identify and discuss at least three (3) different conflict management styles used within groups and the relationship between the three styles and decision making.
