Reflect on an aspect of work as a teacher that matters both to your developing sense of your commitments and aspirations as a teacher as well as to achieving the Teachers’ Standards (knowledge and approach to supporting the engagement of children with English as an additional language (EAL) and how assessing them can play a big part in their progression).
