concepts of décor, ambience, service, and effective planning. The event proposal should take the form
of a simple business plan. You must outline the main concept of the event proposal, state its aims and
objectives and give an explanation of the concept theme. There should be an outline of the scope and
limitations of the event with the logistics explained in detail (any props, paraphernalia, special crockery,
floral or food displays) including staffing numbers and estimated hours; equipment and other
requirements.
