Create a  report for a senior leader Director of safety and compliance of a current organizational or inter-professional team performance within the scenario of benchmarks related to diabetes. Include the healthcare laws and policies at the local, state, and federal level.

1) Provide an accurate evaluation of dashboard metrics associated with benchmarks set forth by local,state, or healthcare laws and policies. Identify the performance shortfalls in the scenario and any gaps of information. Evaluate benchmark performance, research, and best practices.

4)Advocate for ethical action,directed toward an appropriate group of stakeholders, to address the chosen underperforming benchmark.Argue for recommended actions and ethical principles that guide the actions. Lead in the development and implementation of ethical and culturally sensitive policies that improve health outcomes for patients,organizations,and communities.
