In this assignment, you will be Create a one-page item advising families about nutrition
and its role in obesity prevention that could be included in a theoretical monthly virtual
newsletter shared on Facebook or a similar platform.

Instructions:

Your newsletter item must include the following:

• The age group you are writing about:
o Infants
o Toddler
o Preschoolers
o Kindergarten
• The item must speak directly to families about the selected age group.
o Include at least one national guideline.
o Information on how it can be followed at home.
• Be creative and include pictures and/or graphics
o You may use clip art and other free images sources (Creative Commons).
o If you use actual photos, please make sure you have permission from the
individuals to use them.
• Since this is intended for a virtual platform, you should include links to examples
and resources.

Requirements:

• Submit the assignment in a Word Document.
• You do not need to create a whole newsletter, just a news item.
