It focuses on identifying and analyzing the use of social media for talent acquisition. In other words, getting people interested in an organization’s vacant positions.
The assignment draws on the knowledge gained through the course material and personal research.
Requirements
Written Component
1. Identify a firm/organization/company, whether local or national, that uses social media approaches in talent acquisition.
2. Briefly describe and explain the effectiveness of the various tools/forms used by the selected organization and how they engage the candidates.
3. Identify areas that are extremely effective as well as other approaches that would enhance the effectiveness of the approaches used.
