After watching the trial the student will write an Analysis paper:

• Analyze whether each of the elements of negligence are present for each of the defendants from the evidence presented in the trial.
• Give a verdict for each defendant
• Provide recommendations for Anywhere High School and its athletic department policies and procedures to reduce likelihood of future incidents.
