TMA 01 guidance (word count)
The word count specified for TMA01 in Week 9 Submitting your first tutor-marked assignment (online) is incorrect. It currently says that

Your TMA answer should not exceed 2000 words. Note that this is a maximum length – you may use considerably fewer words. You should include your word count at the end of your answer document.
However, it should read

Your TMA answer should not exceed 2800 words. Note that this is a maximum length – you may use considerably fewer words. You should include your word count at the end of your answer document.

TMA 01 – Question 1 (a)

TMA01 Question 1 (a)
There has been a typing error where the symbol for ohms, the Greek symbol capital omega, has been replaced by a capital W.
The resistor in Question 1 a should have a value of 250 Ω not 250 W.

A sinusoidal current, 5 mA in amplitude, flows in a resistor of 250 Ω. Calculate the mean-squared voltage across the resistor. Give your answer to 3 significant figures.

TMA02 Question 6 minor error
The following sentence in Question 6 should say:
This controller introduces an open-loop pole at s = 0 and two zeros

instead of

This controller introduces an open-loop pole at = 0 and two zeros
