Research the “Texas Educator’s Code of Ethics.” You will be responsible for identifying “standards” that all teachers in the State of Texas must follow in public schools. Specifically, your focus will be to locate the section in the Texas Educator’s Code of Ethics titled: “Ethical Conduct Towards Students”.

Examine Three Letters from Teddy and identify standards that were met and those standards that were not met by the teacher, Mrs. Thompson. More specifically, your focus should also be on legal implications and the positive and negative actions that the teacher displayed towards her student, Teddy.
