For those working on smaller projects that will not outsource or purchase any labor or service component, you may just include a brief statement with analysis as to why obtaining procurement is not a valid business decision.
Outline how you plan to bring a successful end to the project. Include procedures for terminating work early (i.e., if a cease work order is given) as well as termination when the project fulfills all work requirements. Be sure to include how final acceptance of all project deliverables are to be obtained and how legal and administrative closure will be done. Exemplary plans will also include how lessons learned will be captured and stored as OPAs (organization process assets) and how feedback will be obtained from relevant stakeholders.
