Balancing between privacy and convenience as it relates to our digital lives. On one hand, we expect some degree of privacy as it relates to people tracking us, knowing our business, analyzing our behaviors, yet on the other hand we seem to continually demand a more seamless digital experience. This has resulted in companies having to defend how they collect data and track people against how they protect their privacy. This seems to have ramifications related to stalking in that the more these technologies are allowed to develop relative to being able to utilize people’s data, the more it can be used by individuals to cyber stalk others.
