• Describe the type of organisation design that you think you would be well suited to when you first graduate. You are required to use a specific organisation design from Anand and Daft (2007) OR Stanford (2014), covered in the Module 4 readings.
• Using one career metaphor from the Module 1 reading by Inkson et al. (2015), provide examples to support the organisation design you have chosen.
• Explain how your knowledge of organisation design may help you in your future career. Provide examples to support your answer.
