Has an appropriate reflective model (Gibb’s) been used correctly and effectively?

Have theoretical concepts and frameworks (literature) been applied in the reflective analysis?

Has the analysis resulted in suitable developmental actions? (Action plan)
Is the report well structured, of appropriate length, free from spelling and grammatical errors, and including a bibliography?

3. Critically reflect upon and review the processes involved in undertaking the project from both a personal and team perspective
4. Identify and evaluate the learning gained from the project process and relate it to their future personal and professional development
