Leadership in Organisations

Choose two well-known contemporary or historical leaders. Use “desk-based” research and secondary data from published works (e.g. newspapers, books, academic articles, or quality internet sources) to analyze the leaders.

The essay should include: an introduction; an explanation of your key concepts; a profile and analysis of each leader’s approach to leadership using evidence and concepts; a later section comparing /contrasting both leaders; and a conclusion. Emphasize your essay structure, key concepts, and central themes. Cite and reference sources accurately.
