2. Causal Analysis : clearly identifies and articulate two potential causes of the problem : provide evidence that this is a learning/motivational problem (for motivational problems this includes identifying the motivational indicators). Provides support for the causal analysis.
3. Intervention plan: clearly identifies and articulates four potentials solutions (2 for each cause). Address why each solution is appropriate for the corresponding cause , the situation and how will affect learning or motivation.
4. Evaluation Plan : Provides prescription of how solutions will be evaluated (how will you know whether the strategies were successful? what assessment method(s) would you use? Provides support for evaluation plan is aligned with the identified causes and solutions.
