It is a capstone project and you can only use secondary sources. I chose this title / topic because I want to obtain insights into opportunities and challenges for supply chains and logistics firms during the period of uncertainty and unexpected events. I would like to include the example of COVID-19 and the catastrophic natural disaster that happened in Japan in 2011 (Earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster).

Hence, I would like to Investigate the strategies adopted by Japanese automotive companies during the catastrophic natural disaster in Japan and then choose the strategies and decisions making undertaken by Japanese firms that might be effective (or not) for the case of COVID-19.

Also, to discuss (and provide recommendations) how supply chains and logistics firms could manage its activities during unexpected events and uncertainty in order to deliver, effectively, the right product, the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time, to the right customer.

You are free to change the industry, to choose a category or area of the logistics industry and supply chains to talk about and to modify the title.
