⦁ Identify and utilise appropriate research and evidence to inform your thinking on how best to formulate a comprehensive care plan.

⦁ Demonstrate a critical understanding of models of care that inform your formulation of a recovery orientated care plan

⦁ Identify and demonstrate a variety of patient care skills for vulnerable patients suffering from complex needs, SMI e.g. Schizophrenia, Psychosis and substance misuse.

⦁ Critical thinking around potential barriers that may arise and how the team and service user can overcome them
