Research remote work (work from home) productivity and review the following and answer:

There has been much discussion about the effects of remote work on employee productivity with some commentators arguing that productivity has increased due to remote work – others that it has declined. It turns out that it rather depends on how you define and measure productivity.

For example, productivity metrics can be based on output, e.g., lines of code written, customer complaints addressed, emails sent. Productivity can also be self-reported – how productive are you?

Measures or productivity often include hours worked, and considerations of well-being, collaboration, and innovation are becoming more important.

TASK: Develop a measure of employee productivity that makes sense for remote workers, and using your definition of productivity, determine what effect remote work has.
