Guidelines for Journal Entries

• Numerically list practicum objectives for each entry from those listed on page 1. Objectives can change based upon opportunities that may present in the practicum setting.

• For each entry, analyze a problem, situation, or issue you have observed at your practicum site. (Problem or focus is to evaluate the effectiveness of a newly developed centralized nursing orientation program. To see if the program makes the newly hired nurse more effective in their professional practice.

Objectives will be listed on template. I will fill out all personal information at a later date.
