Summary Paper Assignment
Write a summary paper using Chapters 9,10, 11, 12, 13 &14 while reviewing Exhibit 1-6. See note below.
Using your organization or an organization of your choosing, discuss how the 3 Group level elements of the Group Inputs can impact this organizations structure and culture.

Paper requirements:  (no more than ten total pages to include cover page and references)
Use the first person singular (“I”)
double-spaced
Font size 12
Times Roman font or equivalent
Number your pages
Put your name and course number cover page
Cite each individual element of the Individual Inputs from (Exhibit 1-6) discussed from the textbook by putting a simple notation at the end of the sentence like this (Ch 7, p 298)
Use succinct paragraphs organized logically (Focus on my why these variables are important or if missing, what must be done)
Proofread . . . Twice
Sleep, then print a hard copy and read through the hard copy one more time (you will see mistakes and be able to evaluate the flow of the narrative better when your document is on paper rather than the screen)
