(make sure you click on your personality type in the grid, which takes you to a detailed description. You can then scroll down several pages, follow additional links, etc.).
Submit a one-page narrative of the results from completing the online inventory. Make sure to include the percentages for each type. For example, I am an INFP (Introvert 12%; Intuitive 9%; Feeling 50%; Perceiving 12%). In your analysis, Describe how the description of MBTI-defined leadership styles fits your personality.
This is a critical thinking exercise. Try to identify the strengths and areas for improvement or caution.
