Your change management strategy should in a holistic approach refer to structure, technology, culture, human resource and organisational goals (Note: ensure you include all the relevant aspects- may or may not be all of them).

Outline a detailed functional plan to facilitate the implementation of the proposed innovation to achieve the strategic goals.

Your plan should be supported by data collected from secondary sources or hypothetical data to illustrate your knowledge and understanding of operations; accounting; sales and marketing, human resources, and risk management

You are required to assume the role of a senior manager with strategic responsibilities including managing a team of employees. Your role also carries the responsibility of engaging and building relationships with the stakeholders of the organization, change process and end users. Include a reflective section in your plan demonstrating with specific examples how you would contribute at a strategic level to organizational change and innovation in accordance with the above plan using your business knowledge.

 Analyse, the professional, ethical, cultural and social behavior that would have to be modeled by you in a strategic role, during the decision-making and implementation of the innovation. Provide specific examples with relevant justification of how you would address these to contribute towards the successful implementation of the plan as a senior manager with strategic responsibility.

Note: (Stakeholder engagement – both internal and External-you can rely on examples of your experience in creating stakeholder engagement you used in A1 or any new options of stakeholder engagement you exercised- this will give you scope for gaining higher marks)

Analyse motivational models and employee engagement strategies that have to be taken into consideration for managing your own self and others for the implementation of the idea.  Provide specific examples with relevant justification of how you would address these to contribute towards the successful implementation of the plan as a senior manager with strategic responsibility.

In assignment 1 you conducted an oral presentation and received feedback from your internal and external stakeholders on your innovation concept. Using these or any new options you may want, complete the following task

Reflect upon the feedback you received in assignment 1 and or the new options you have designed in this assessment. Outline with clear examples how you have ensured stakeholder engagement both internal and external to facilitate the implementation (please refer to note above)
