Task Description:
You applied for a position to lead a project to enhance the consumer experience and you have
secured an interview. This assessment requires you to develop a presentation for your interview. You
have been told your interview panel is made up of managers from the organisation as well as a
community member that has minimal knowledge of the organisation. The instructions for your
presentation are to prepare a 10 minute (maximum of 20 slides), PowerPoint presentation with voiceover
and notes in which you:
1. outline your proposed plan to implement the changes needed to current organisational
structures and processes (you may use your current organisation, a past organisation, or an
organisation you aspire to work at), that would focus on improving the consumer experience,
2. identify and discuss the leadership skills and attributes you would bring to the position, and
3. Identify the professional development support that you would require in order to be able to
implement your planned changes.
