Based on Catherine Marshall’s feminist critical policy analysis, this literature-based paper aims to give a critical policy analysis of women’s leadership in UK higher education. Marshall’s theory reflected on structural gender inequality in policy-making and give a different perspective of feminist critical policy analysis. The data of this paper are from literature, reports, policy, and media discourses. The methodologies in this paper include critical discourse analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
