Using a SWOT analysis, provide examples how imbalances in access may lead to conflict in electronic health record optimization and how the conflict can be managed?

2. From highest hazard to lowest hazard, rank the top five technology hazards out of ten that nurse leaders need to be aware of in their practice and justify your response.
