My course is Construction Management and the topic is To

identify why there is a shortage of female tradespersons within the construction industry, the lack of females pursuing a career in manual trades such as plastering, bricklaying etc. whether this can be changed or should it be accepted that this is how it is. I wrote something like this for my aim in my dissertation interim report which I’ve attached, however, my supervisor said it requires rewording. I have attached feedback from my supervisor too.
