R.B., age 57, was taking a short break from surveying on the side of the interstate during a hot summer day, when he became unconscious and collapsed on the side of the road. A coworker called 911 and he was brought to the emergency room.
R.B. states that he has been surveying all week in the heat, even though he has not felt very well for the last two days.
