Make a reading diary (0.5-1 pages per article) is based on articles for home reading. In the reading diary entries (=essays) you analyse and comment on what you read. You can discuss the article as a whole or concentrate on a topic that interested you the most. A reading diary is a subjective description of what you read and learned. At the same time you should not simply summarize but discuss and analyse. Here some examples what you could consider:

– Did the article change the way I thought about the topic?

– How does the article link to what I have learned so far?

– Where there things in the article I do not agree with?

– Did anything remain unclear?

– Is there anything more I would like to know about that topic?
