nations in Worcester v. Georgia. What was the court saying should happen regarding the Indians nations? What actually happened to the Indians? Was it different than what the court intended?
Explain how the last of the Indians in the south were forcibly removed.
Finally, looking back on how the Native American tribes were treated by the national and state governments, do you think that the descendants of those people should be compensated for the loss of their land? If, yes, then what type of compensation? If no, why?
