-How OSHA regulates that place/organization/agency and what precautions and prevention systems are used to avoid accidents or contaminations?

-How do the agency or organization manage risk with their employees and their clients?

-Describe different workers compensations depending on the injury or situation that an employee suffered or put him or herself into, and what insurance(s) cover the employees in case of accidents including death of an employee.

-Then you will wrap up the presentation telling the audience how effective all you have presented is in regards of avoiding penalties and or lawsuits from injuries that occurred in the workplace.
