1. A 65-year-old woman with ALS. She uses a wheelchair and has good functional use of her arms and hands. She also has age-related macular degeneration with a visual acuity of 20/200. She loves reading and listening to music and is frustrated that she can no longer read her favorite magazine.
2. An 80-year-old male with myasthenia gravis. He has diplopia (OU) with an acuity of 20/140. He ambulates with a rolling walker, however needs frequent rest breaks due to shortness of breath. He has some muscle weakness in his arms and hands. He would like to read and pay his bills independently.
3. A 52-year-old male with a WMSD (you can choose which one and severity) and Retinitis Pigmentosa with a visual acuity of 20/400 and a visual field of 20 degrees. He would like to return to his job as a _______________________[pick a job].
