Our daily life now includes social media. According to Pew Research Center (2019), 7 out of 10 Americans have at least one social media account. The Society of Human Resource (HR) Managers report that 84% of HR managers use social media when recruiting (2017).
HR managers should use social media with recruiting. Why? How should HR managers use social media in recruiting? or HR managers should not use social media with recruiting. Why?
