Apply the ecological model to a personal health behavior or health problem of your choice that affects you personally, and describe factors at play from each of the levels of influence. Be sure to use each of the five constructs (individual, interpersonal, community, organizational, policy) and identify and explain at least one factor from each construct level that affects the behavior for you. Then, explain how you could adapt the levels of the ecological model to address the problem. Be sure to cite your references and use APA format please!!
