Education Brochure
Choose a topic pertaining to either an Urgent Care or Neurological Problem to provide an educational tool to patients on:
Examples:
• Bronchitis
• Sinusitis
• Anxiety
• Impetigo
• Cellulitis

Design a one-page brochure (front and back) you could give your patient.

Grade Criteria
60% Current, correct, culturally sensitive information
10% Literacy Level (In general, could be a 4th or 5th grader understand the brochure/tool)
20% Graphics, presentation, visual appeal, grammar, spelling, and resources listed. Submitted as a WORD document only
10% This education tool does need references in small print at the bottom of each page the information was referencing.
