Instructions:
There are several leadership theories that exist such as transformational, servant, charismatic, and authentic leadership. Compare and contrast two different theories of leadership that you find most interesting and discuss their relevance to healthcare. Evaluate management principles, qualities and skills required to be an effective leader and defend what you believe are the most important in a healthcare setting. The use of three scholarly references is required.
