Workplace policy

Part 1 –

1.) Prepare a workplace policy and provide a written rationale for your policy that presents thorough analysis using strong argument and evidence.

– Use the workplace tort: Defamation to Prepare a detailed and specific policy for your employer that balances both the employer and employees’ rights. This policy must be no longer than one page in length.

Part 2 –

1.) Write a two page rationale for your policy and include the following in it:

Explain the foundation and necessity of the policy,.

Discuss how the policy balances employee and employer rights.

Offer evidence of your state and/or federal laws that support or relate to your policy.
