Questions to Consider
What is the title of the article? What does it suggest? As you read, try to formulate questions about the article and begin to develop answers. What is the major goal of the author writing the article? Does he/she achieve his/her purpose? Does the author's evidence support his/her points? Is the author biased in his/her reporting of the facts or relatively balanced? Does the article engage you? Finally, how does the article fit into wide thinking of global perspectives?
