Construct links between pathophysiology, etiology, risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment which reflect the level of understanding you will be required to articulate clinically.

You must be able to give evidence-based advice, within your scope of practice, which serves to educate the patient and close gaps in health care.

Long story short, you need to read over the study case and answer the five questions linking the history of the patient with your own clinical knowledge.
