The fog harp is a new concept for harvesting water from moist air
The fog harp has been tested at ground level but not in the higher atmosphere where the density of droplets is likely to b be higher.
In this project, we will design fog harps mounted on tethered balloons or airships, for collection and delivery of atmospheric water to arid areas. The project will involve mechanical design of the aerostat or airship, as well as review (and possible experimentation) with the fog harp device.
