Assignment

In this assignment, you need to expand on the review that you conducted in Assignment #1 by reviewing 4-6 papers in your research field of interest and based on that submit a short Research Proposal.

The papers that you review must include at least two papers that have been published in reputable journals in your particular research field of interest within the past 5 years. Similarly, the other papers that you include in your proposal must be published in leading journals and/or conferences within the past 5 years.

You may consult with faculty in your home department for guidance on such journals and conferences.

The Research Proposal must be 2 to 4 pages (A4 size), including figures, with Calibri/Arial/or New Times Roman font size 10-12 and 1 to 1.5 line spacing. The research proposal must include the following:

• Title
• Context and Background
• Problem Statement and Potential Benefits
• Research Challenges and Possible Approaches
• Desirable Outcomes and Deliverables
• References
