Some example topics include nutrition and pregnancy, nutrition and obesity, college students and nutritional intake, soy protein intake for post-menopausal women. TOPIC SUMMARY (12 pts) – Include 1-2-page, topic summary (12-point font, double-spaced, 1” margins) in your own words. Consider the following prompts and questions when submitting your work:
Include the article title for a frame of reference in your first paragraph.
Provide the main points of the research article; Remember why the research was done? who or what was studied? what was observed or measured? how long did this research study last? and what were the outcomes?
What did you learn about this topic as a result of this research project?
Use examples from the research article to support your conclusions.

How do the findings affect you personally?
