- Do you recommend that Schulz Enterprises restrict health care options to just one plan – Community South Dakota PPO and one pharmacy – Sioux Falls Town Pharmacy. Why or why not?
- Do you recommend that Schulz Enterprises replace the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Traditional Plan and Sioux Falls HMO plans with a Health Reimbursement Account that would be funded by the employer and would allocate $1,000 each year in an employee’s health account? Why or why not?
- Do you recommend that Schulz Enterprises adopt wellness programs that would not use any financial incentives for employees to encourage employees from refraining from smoking cigarettes? Why or why not?
