After reviewing the overview of the term project for this course, you are asked to write a brief journal that addresses the following:

• What intrigues you most about coaching and/or consulting as a practice within organizations or as a profession?
• The project requests that you decide upon an experiential coaching or consulting project. Which approach do you plan to take and why?
• Describe one or two potential clients (use pseudonyms and general descriptions about the individual, group or organization you will work with for the purpose of this project.
