For this assignment, you have the option of preparing a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of your assigned client, or preparing a Motion to Dismiss for the Defendant in your Foundations case.

Based on the requirements to prevail on the motions, select either a Motion to Dismiss or a Motion for Summary Judgment. Research the form for your selected motion, using either Lexis, Westlaw or an Internet search.

Prepare either a Motion to Dismiss or a Motion for Summary Judgment. Be mindful that, if you had more than one cause of action in your Complaint, the motion will be a Partial Motion to Dismiss, or a Partial Motion for Summary judgement, because you are seeking relief from the court for one cause of action.

The rule, for your selected motion, must be included in the motion in Bluebook format.
