This assignment requires students to watch a film from the list below. You may choose another film, but it needs to be approved by me prior to midterm.
The essay will need to make an argument of the film’s representation of race and ethnicity.
Support your argument/assessment of the theme with examples. You may use any content from this course to help support points (Book, articles, videos from Canvas, etc.)
Essay must be between 3-4 pages in length. This is not a plot summary do not write a review of the film. References are required and do not count toward page length.
