The Process of Learning

In our society we are always on the go. Think about all of the different types of behaviors we engage in on a day-to-day basis. Take a moment to either observe someone performing a behavior or think of a behavior you’ve done over the past several days.

How do you think that behavior was learned? (Hint: Use the terms non-associative learning (habituation and sensitization), associative learning (operant and classical) or learning through modeling (observational learning) in your discussion.
