On two of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. Using specific examples, explain how these dimensions relate to leadership effectiveness in your home country and the other country. Then, summarize what you believe the role of an effective leader is in a global society. Identify one characteristic, skill, or strategy leaders need to possess in order to be effective in a global society. Explain why this skill is critically important for global leadership effectiveness.
