Section II: PART 1:Background/Review of Best Practice Evidence: This section should include identification and evaluation of relevant research related to your project- Synthesize the findings from research related to the specific practice problem. Indicate what is known (what studies have shown) in your topic area. Describe the most relevant studies that demonstrate effectiveness of what you are proposing to translate forward into practice with your project. Focus your paragraphs on themes as you synthesize the evidence. At end of this section, be sure to include summary of recommendations made based on the synthesis of the body of evidence specific to your practice project proposal. Must be in APA format, (7th ed.) and include references.

PART 2: Project Goal/Objectives: The goal should be overarching. The objectives should be in narrative format, numbered, and stated in feasible & measurable terms (SMART objectives). (~ 1 paragraph)
