In other words, you can look at state politics here and not just national level, particularly for example, Texas, which has stringently tightened its abortion laws, under the Republicans. You can compare and contrast what Republicans and Democrats say at the national level, and the state level, about abortion and compare and contrast, so see where the major differences are. Are there any areas of overlap, or agreement at all, possibly not. But look at it through a Republican and Democrat ideological and political perspective, what legislation have they tried to pass through Congress to effect abortions, or what legislation have states republicans or state democrats brought in?

Remember to talk about compare and contrast what Republicans and Democrats say at the national level, and the state level, about abortion and compare and contrast, so see where the major differences are. Also use the Supreme nomination as an example to illustrate how democrats and republicans views are significantly different on abortion. For example, when nominating a supreme judge, the senates would want to make sure they assign a judge who is align to the parties ideology.
